Product Roundup: Because Earth Day is Every Day

In celebration of Earth Day, we’ve rounded up some of our favorite eco-friendly products and brands. From items to help you green-up your beauty routine, to sustainable linens and towels, we’ve got you covered all day long. These eco-conscious brands produce minimal environmental impact while still maintaining high levels of quality in their products so you never have to sacrifice style for substance!     SKINCARE   Fig + Yarrow It is easy to forget how products that can be so beneficial to us, can be equally as detrimental to the environment. Bite Beauty Lip Lab

Weirdly enough, Kylie Jenner motivated me to try a matte lip. Rarely do I stray away from balm or gloss, but (prior to the release of the almost-internet-breaking Lip Kit by Kylie) her neutral pout got me thinking. What did I have against lipstick? I spent what felt like hours at MAC and thought I left with the perfect light pink shade of nude, until I put it on the next day and immediately regretted my choice. On a normal day, I can wear all of the aforementioned products, or sometimes just liner. While those products hold me over for the majority of my makeup-wearing moments, I was lacking something extra for shoots, or nights out where day to day...

New Obsession: Archetypes

I recently stumbled upon a new perfume brand, only to find out that it is so much more. At first, I was intrigued by Archetype perfumes because of their names and the packaging. Each scent is the name of a major characteristic and each label has "guiding lights' and strengths on them. I grabbed the caregiver, advocate, and royal bottles and was particularly captivated by caregiver. I wanted to learn more about the concept behind these uniquely named perfumes and headed to the library of universal knowledge -Google. This is what I discovered. They are tailored to what people with each respective archetype would enjoy- a unique concept I have yet to see in the perfume world. According to their site, "your archetypes are...
